The configurator is available here should you require guidance on selecting the necessary items to complete your order. Please remember that the configurator is compatible with Excel 2021 and Excel 365 Desktop. Before using it, ensure that you download the configurator to your device.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be added to your order and detailed in the order confirmation sent within 24 hours (Monday-Friday business hours). By placing your order, you agree to these additional shipping costs.
Order placement information:
The order is shipping EXW Odense, Denmark (Incoterms 2020), orders are NOT insured by OnRobot during shipment. Special instructions cannot be added to the order. After order placement it is not possible to change or cancel the order. Combined shipment of orders nor partial/split shipments is not possible. The invoice will be sent to the email address known by OnRobot as invoice e-mail address.
